Within the framework of the project, our company, ReMat Plc, submitted a tender for the purpose of acquiring assets, as a result of which it intends to achieve energy savings and production growth. During the implementation of the project, 2 film drying presses were purchased, which reduced the moisture content of the washed film from 20-40% of the washing system to 6-8% of moisture. The investment was completed on time and as a result the hourly consumption of the system was reduced from 160-180 kw/h on average to 80-100 kw/h. In addition, the amount of sludge generated by centrifuges so far has been reduced by a third with the adjustment of the press, resulting in a further increase in production of 18-22 tons per month. The intermittent operation of the system has been eliminated, as the temperature of the radiators has not dropped below the permissible limit, so the washer-dryer system is running continuously.
